UE4 WIP | Old Shopfront

Sharpening my Substance Designer skills and experimenting with breaking up straight lines in geometry, a mixture of Mask and Vertex Colour blending, Parallax, mixing Tiling Materials and Atlas Textures in an optimal way, etc.

The building uses a channel-packed mask for AO (Red) and Dirt Blending (Green), and the Bricks have dark grime applied with Vertex Painting.

Inspired by a charming old high street photo I saw, and The Order 1886 (lighting, atmospherics, postprocess, etc)
