Optical Camouflage Material [UE4]

Opaque Active Camo Material, masked by Vertex Color.
I've gone for the kind of active stealth camo that would work at a glance, but on closer inspection is a bit rough, a bit glitchy. Everything was substantially inspired by the camo effect of the Spider-Bot in the Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay, plus some military concepts.
